Jacob Navne-van Vliet is a seasoned Danish audio professional and innovator in the live sound industry. With extensive experience as a touring Front of House (FOH) and Monitor engineer across numerous countries, he also served as executive production manager at the renowned Copenhagen concert venue Vega for five years. Drawing from his firsthand encounters with sound level regulations and the challenges of balancing powerful audio with audience and crew safety, he founded SG Audio ApS (operating as 10EaZy) in 2005. There, he developed 10EaZy, an intuitive, Class 1 and Class 2 compliant SPL (Sound Pressure Level) monitoring software and hardware solution that has become a widely respected industry standard. First deployed at major events like the Roskilde Festival in 2006, 10EaZy enables real-time measurement, prediction, and compliance logging—helping engineers maintain optimal sound quality while adhering to noise legislation—now distributed globally, including exclusively in the US through Rational Acoustics and TZ Audio in Scandinavia.
