What kinds of hardware can I order via the shop?
You can order all the items shown. Availability is listed on each individual product page if you need to check it.
What kinds of Smaart licenses are available?
You can order the following:
- standard 2-install New Licenses of Smaart Suite or RT
- standard 1-install New Licenses of Smaart LE or SPL
- Upgrades to Smaart Suite, RT or LE from previous versions of Smaart, back to v7.
- Additional installs for existing licenses of Smaart v9 (any edition) – please note the license code in order comment field.
Can I purchase multiple different license types and/or editions of Smaart on the same order?
Yes. You can order both new licenses and upgrades of any edition of Smaart v9 at the same time. For upgrades you will need to input the previous version license code for upgrade eligibility verification.
Can I order class licenses?
Participants attending classes hosted by TZ Audio will receive a voucher code for use in our shop. The code is valid for a single use per customer.
If you are ordering licenses for a class that you are hosting please do so via email.
For hosts: Class Licenses may be ordered any time before a class starts or up to 90 days after it has finished. When submitting your order, please include the class location and date, along with each participant’s full address, phone number, and email. Each customer is eligible for one Class License. For private classes hosted by third parties, full payment for the class must be received before Class Licenses can be issued.
What is a Class License?
in simple terms: a discounted license for class participants
Participants of a TZ Audio Smaart training class are eligible for a discounted license. For in-person classes, this discount is typically 30% off Smaart perpetual licenses. If you don’t purchase a license when registering for the class, you’ll receive a coupon afterward that can be used in our online shop. The coupon remains valid for 90 days after the class concludes.
All class licenses are standard Smaart licenses—there is no technical difference. The only distinction is that attending a TZ Audio Smaart class (private or hosted) grants access to this special pricing. Each participant may purchase one discounted license per class attended.
Is there a limit to the number of licenses I can order at one time?
You can purchase up to 20 New Licenses of any edition of Smaart v9 per order (either Standard Licenses, or Class Licenses). You can also purchase up to 20 Upgrades to any edition of Smaart v9 per order. Please note that we will need the previous version license number for every upgrade ordered.
How will I receive the licenses I order?
You will be sent the license codes via email, shortly after completing checkout. Class licenses will be delivered directly to the participant.
How will I receive the hardware I order?
Please provide a complete delivery address at checkout. Local taxes will be applied based on your location. We use the fastest and most cost-effective shipping method available. If you are attending a seminar and wish to collect your order there, please select “Pick up at seminar” at checkout.
How is payment handled?
The TZ Audio shop accepts credit card payments by default. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please place your order via email. You will receive an invoice by email once your order has been processed. For wire transfers, our payment terms are Net 7 days.
